A new corner of the internet

For years the family site lived on Squarespace. It was fine. It was also a box I couldn't get out of — every page looked like every other page, and adding anything weird meant fighting the template.

So we rebuilt it. The homepage is now a portal, and each of us gets a site that's actually ours: my own menu, my own fonts, my own bad color choices.

How this page works

This very post is just a Markdown file sitting in the repo. I write, I commit, and the site redeploys itself. No database, no admin login, no "content blocks."

The best CMS is the one you never have to think about.
